I have moderated & created events in Europe, USA and China and have followed closely the development of the senior housing and healthcare markets.

I’m passionate about building and positively leading teams to drive innovation, and am currently focused on scaling Real Asset Media business across Europe and globally.
I’m fascinated by leadership, strategy creation and execution; my key strengths include business strategy, business development, marketing & sales and tech innovation.
In my varied career, I have co-founded internet start-ups, communication & advertising agencies and corporate publishing and events businesses, frequently leading the shift to digital. Under my leadership these companies have experienced significant growth. Digital transformation and assembling the right teams determine the future success of a business. Preserving the Status Quo is not a winning strategy.
If I had not pursued my current career path, I would be a competitive sailor.

With over 15 years of experience in working in corporations, large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, I know how to move things forward. I am motivated by the values and I believe in the socially responsible business. Therefore I was happy to join the Senior Housing & Healthcare Association. I’m sure that my PR, international communication and marketing background, as well as natural networking skills and business pragmatism will help to drive the SHHA forward.
Previously I was Managing Director of Poland Today, Leader of International Projects at Gremi Media (publisher of Rzeczpospolita) and New Business Director at Havas Engage Warsaw.
